1. Introduction
Welcome to Warzone Tabletop Gaming Bristol. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our club and facilities. By accessing this website or participating in club activities, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
2. Club Membership
Membership is open to tabletop enthusiasts of all levels. By joining Warzone Bristol, members agree to uphold our community standards, foster a supportive environment, and respect fellow players at all times. Failure to comply with club etiquette may result in membership review.
3. Event Participation
Booking for events is highly recommended but not mandatory. Walk-ins are welcome where space allows. Gaming tables, mats, and scenery are provided by the club for event use.
4. Payments
All fees for membership or events are paid at the time of attendance. Payment is not required in advance for any booking or event.
5. Liability & Safety
Members and visitors are responsible for their own safety and the security of their personal property. The club assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged miniatures and gaming materials brought to our premises.
6. Respect & Dignity
All members and visitors are expected to treat others with respect, maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment, avoid abusive or discriminatory behaviour, and follow any instructions from club organisers to ensure a safe and positive space for everyone. Anyone found to be in violation of this policy is subject to the following, depending on the severity of the incident: a formal warning (kept on file for six months), a temporary ban, or a permanent ban from the club.
